Evan Wade Watkins is an aspiring American Country Music singer-songwriter and entertainer. He was born on November 28th, 2002, in Sulphur Springs, Texas. He grew up in the rural part of Greenville Texas, as one of 3 children. His first exposure to music came from family members, including his grandfather who wrote music, sang, and played the guitar, as well as his aunt singing and playing in community theatre. At an early age, he also learned about music while watching his loved one perform and listening to pure country played by his family members. Evan received his first guitar from his grandfather and soon began to pen his own tunes. At age 18, he started performing professionally, appearing in local venues in East Texas. Evan made his first record debut in 2023 with his original song called, “What it takes to be an Outlaw.," and his version of "Golden Ring," featuring Country Music Singer, Georgette Jones, daughter of music icons, George Jones and Tammy Wynette. Set on a career in country music, Evan is in full production of writing and producing new music, this project is titled, Whiskey Women and Angels. These works are set to release at a later date. It will feature all original music, and will be produced by Grammy Award winning artist, Brad Davis.
